‘நாய்களைக் கூண்டில் அடைப்பதா?
அவைகளின்
சுதந்திரத்தைப் பறிப்பதா?’
நாய் பிரியர்கள் ஆவேசம்!
நாடெங்கும்
போராட்டம் வெடித்தது !
நம்
நாய் பிரியரும்
தம்மென
குதித்தார் அதில் !
"என் பரந்த பங்களாவின் உள்
என்
மனைவி மக்கள் தவிர
எங்கள்
செல்ல டாமிக்கும்
தங்கும்
வசதி உண்டு!
என்
படுக்கை வரை
அவனுக்குச் சுதந்திரம் உண்டு !"
பெருமிதத்துபிடன்
அவர் சொன்னது,
இதமா
இருந்ததுக் கேட்பதற்கு.
மனம்
விட்டுப் பாராட்டினேன்,
"அண்ணே, மிகச் சிறப்பு!
என்னே
உங்கள் பரந்த மனம்!"
சும்மா
இருக்காமல் அடுத்து
"அம்மா, அப்பா எங்கே ..?" என
சட்டெனக்
கேட்ட எனக்கு,
பட்டென
வந்தது பதில்:
"முதியோர் காப்பகத்தில்!"

ReplyDeleteStray dogs tearing into human flesh of running young kids have been a scary sight in social media. Are there no safe roads for kids to walk in the country?
ReplyDeleteSterilization is the way forward., wise men and animal lovers said. But rabies affects even sterilized dogs was the concern. Peta said canine friends have freedom of movement and expression (read biting)! How can you curtail that? The Supreme Court said keep them in constrained spaces, not on the roads. Peta is agitated. They ask how can humans have a right over the canine?
RaKi explains this in his characteristic style, with a punching twist in the end. The punch says it all ... the mindset of the animal lovers!!
